We’ve had many kind customers ask how they can tip our technicians — so we’ve created this option just for that!

Our techs often assist with machines not purchased from Jay’s Printer, and they do so completely free of charge. Whether it’s setup help, troubleshooting, or general support, they show up with a smile and a solution.

Tipping is absolutely not required, but if you choose to leave one, 100% of your tip goes directly to the technician who helped you.
